Oh this coffee is such a wonderful example of a Etho Dp and when ever I take this to City + it is truly a fruit basket with blueberry raspberry and currant in the cup the smell is like a bouquet of flowers I roasted some of this up the other day and I can't wait to taste my latest batch...

Brazil Yellow Bourbon

I love this coffee! I roasted some yesterday (18 oct) and I normally wait 48 hours before I give it a taste. I will tell you I nailed this roast to a perfect City+ and I can't wait to try it.

Follow up on this coffee I truly nailed this roast and it shows in the cup! such a silky smooth cup yet it is still a robust coffee I truly enjoy this coffee...
